Tuna is a blessing to our family and comes from Muir Kennels in Ontario.  When we lost our first Bulldog, Luna, we knew that we needed another dark brindle girl in the house.  We saw a beautiful photo of a dark brindle puppy and thanks to Sue Muir,  Tuna made her trek from Ontario to BC.  Tuna's name is derived from my husbands inspiration of wanting to have a “Luna 2” hence the name “Tuna” ;)

At 4 months old Tuna made her show debut at the Skaha Kennel Club dog show in Summerland BC and earned herself three Best Baby Puppy In Group wins.  She loves people and dogs and drew a big fan base with her “look at me” personality. 

Tuna is a force to be reconned with as she is very smart and is very much a thinker.  She does not “follow” the crowd and if she doesn't want to do something she will tell you so.  She loves to snuggle on our laps and on Billie when she allows it.

Tuna earned her Championship at the NACA show in Edmonton, May 2025 going Best of Winners.  We moved her up to a Specials (Champion) class for the Bulldog Club of Canada Prairies Specialty the next day and she earned her first 4 grand championship points in style going Best Opposite Sex in Specialty under Breeder Judge Vickie Umpleby.  

Tuna will attend a few select shows to work towards her Grand Championship and we will be looking to breed her in 2026 to our boy Mastro :)
